THIS TICKET /LICENSE IS A REVOCABLE LICENSE - USER ACCEPTS RISK OF INJURY

The ticket purchaser/holder ("Holder") voluntarily assumes all risks incident to the event, including but not limited to, the risk of lost, stolen, or damaged property or personal injury.  The Union County Fair, Inc may revoke this license and eject or refuse entry to the holder for violation of venue rules, illegal activity, misconduct, or failure to comply with any and all security measures.

WEAPONS of any kind are PROHIBITED on the Union County Fairgrounds.

In case of inclement weather (snow / ice ) the make up date is February 6, 2021

Refunds will ONLY be given is the show is cancelled completely.

DRIVERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL THEIR SPOT TO ANOTHER DRIVER.  

Announcements made the day of the event take precedence over printed material.
